Maintenance

All apartment homes will be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and any necessary repairs will be completed to ensure a welcoming and comfortable space for your new home. 

Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team to ensure your experience is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

In the event something in your apartment requires attention from our maintenance team, please log into the Habitat Home App to complete a service request. The Maintenance Team is onsite and available for routine requests from 9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday. After 5PM and on the weekends, the Service Team is available for EMERGENCY calls only.

Service Requests are completed in the order in which they are received (typically within 48 hours or less). All emergencies must be entered using the emergency line. 

When submitting your service request, you have the option to allow permission to enter, request a phone call be made prior to entering, or require someone to be present when the service request is being completed.

Residents or occupants who lock themselves out of their apartment should contact the after-hours emergency phone line and follow the prompts.  A valid state issued Photo-ID or Driver’s License will be required upon entry.  A $75 lockout fee will also be charged to your account. 

Painting is prohibited inside your apartment, townhome, and garage. No nailed, glued, or pasted seasonal decorations or any other items may be affixed to your apartment door.

Each home provides an attached one car garage, plus driveway parking for you and your guests. Additionally, there is guest parking spaces available throughout the community at no additional charge.

Each home provides an individual washer and dryer for your convenience. 

Seasons Villas is a Pet-Passionate and Pet-Responsible Apartment Community!

Non-Refundable, one-time fees:  

  • $300 per pet
Monthly rent for your furry friend:
  • $45 per pet 

2 pets per apartment are allowed with no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply and enrollment in Pet Screening is required for all pets. 

A pet park is coming soon! We're excited to offer this amenity for our residents and their furry friends to enjoy. Stay tuned for more details!

All homes are provided with an appliance package of a full-sized stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, as well as a washer and dryer. 

At this time, we do not offer furnished apartments.

Any applicant is welcome to apply for any available home at our community, including corporations. 

We do not accept packages at the leasing office. All packages will be delivered directly to your front door by the carrier. 

While we do not offer a fitness center, take advantage of our Life Time Fitness partnership with zero joining fees and a discounted $48 monthly membership (one per household). Enjoy top-notch amenities like a pool, spa, sauna, advanced equipment, diverse classes, and 2.5 hours of childcare daily while you work out!

We kindly ask that you be considerate of your neighbors when enjoying your home. Please refrain from creating excessive noise that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of those around you. Not at all! Tours are completely free, and we'd be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

We gladly accept walk-ins, and you are also able to book a tour time that is best for your schedule directly on our website.

Our Management team is available in the office Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Stop in and say hello!

You can submit your application for residency by visiting our website SeasonsVillas.com and click the apply now on the Floor plans page.

Application screening can take up to 48 hours, but typically is instant once your identity has been verified. 

In addition to your prorated Rent Charges, the following Mandatory Additional Fees (One-Time) are required:

  • Application Fee: $50 per applicant
  • Administration Fee: $250 per unit
  • Surety Bond: Starting at $350 (non-refundable, based on approval level)
  • Conservice Account Setup Fee: $25 at move-in
  • Conservice Final Billing Fee: $5 at move-out

We welcome anyone interested in joining the community to apply for an available home. 

The easiest way to pay your rent is online through your Resident Portal via Bilt. We also accept certified funds at our leasing office for rental payments. 

Simply log into the Habitat Home App, register an account through BILT, upload payment through “my wallet”, and submit rent payments electronically. 

Utilities and Other Fees Not Included in Base Rent:

  • Monthly Garbage: $22
  • Monthly Service Fee: $6.50
  • Electricity/Gas: Varies based on usage
  • Water/Sewer: Varies based on usage

Residents are required to hold an active renter’s insurance policy for the duration of their residency at Seasons Villas. Liability coverage must be no less than $300,000 per occurrence.  

No utilities are included in your rent.

Gas and Electric are set up through Xcel Energy and paid directly to them. Trash/Recycling is provided by Tennis and is billed with your monthly rent each month. Water/Sewer is billed through Conservice, is based on actual usage, and you will be auto enrolled at move-in.

Each home is pre-wired for Xfinity or Century Link service.

The primary public transportation near Seasons Villas in Woodbury, MN, is provided by Metro Transit. Routes serving this area include:

  • Route 353: This express route runs from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul, offering weekday commuter service.
  • Route 355: This express route goes from Woodbury to downtown Minneapolis, ideal for residents commuting to the city.
  • Route 219: This local route connects Woodbury to nearby suburbs and stops at several key locations, including shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and other services.
Additionally, there are several park-and-ride locations nearby, such as the Woodbury Theater Park & Ride, where residents can access more transit options for commuting into the Twin Cities metro area.

Seasons Villas is in the South Washington County School District (District 833), offering several highly-rated schools.

The nearest dog park, Andy’s Bark Park, is approximately 2.5 miles away, providing an off-leash area for dogs to enjoy.
